Me
Focussing on commercial law, I provide legal services mainly to foreign business people and international companies doing business in the Czech Republic. Having a proven track record and experience from an international law firm I offer my clients not only necessary expertise in selected practice areas, but moreover comprehensive solutions tailor-made to their needs and preferences.
Kristýna Koç, LL.M.
I am an attorney-at-law registered with the Czech Bar Association, based in Prague. I am both Czech and Turkish citizen and have the honor to be a President of the Czech-Turkish Friendship Association in Prague.
Having experience from an international law firm and profiting from my foreign languages knowledge I succeeded in building up ties on the Czech and Turkish market, both in the private and public sector.
Through my cross-boarder networking I am matching business people from both countries and enjoy the support of external local advisors, who offer the clients comprehensive advice also on tax and immigration matters.
I serve as a client's relationship partner, enabling smooth communication in its mother tongue and caring about its project. I provide legal advice in the scope of Czech law, however, I cooperate with Slovak and Turkish law firms as well.
I always aim to understand the client´s business and its preferences first in order to provide it with tailor-made services.
I cooperate with accounting experts and tax advisors, immigration specialists, notaries, sworn translators and other service providers.
I further cooperate with attorneys in Slovakia and Türkiye.
I have focus on commercial law, with experience in commercial agreements, dispute resolution, public procurement law and consumer protection. In general, I advise foreign business people and international companies doing business in the Czech Republic.
I provide legal services in Czech, English and German. I have knowledge of Turkish language for professional use, I also speak French and Bosnian.

Through my network and past mandated work I am closely connected with Istanbul. I provide legal advice in the scope of Czech law only, however, I cooperate with local law firms based in Istanbul when it comes to Turkish-law related matters.
I am happy to open the doors to the Turkish market for Czech companies and vice versa support the Turkish companies when entering the Czech market. I am happy to contribute to the growth of bilateral trade when matching people.
Having ties within the private sector of both Czechia and Türkiye, I also actively cooperate with the Embassies and Consulates of both countries and agencies supporting exporters (CzechTrade, DEIK/DTIK).
I regularly participate on business missions, official visits of representants of both countries, conferences and various events.
